You will learn and improve your skills and knowledge to better understand and engineer the electrode-electrolyte interface for single DAFC.

What You Will Do:

1. development of novel electrochemical diagnostic tools for low-temperature direct ammonia fuel cells
2. characterization of catalyst-coated membranes
3. perform in situ/ex situ structural characterization methods
4. design of novel catalyst materials for ammonia oxidation reaction

Your profile

A university degree in a relevant field.

5. Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, Physics or related fields.
6. experience with preparation, coating and characterization of porous electrode materials and/or in water electrolysis or fuel cell testing and/or in electrochemical characterization is an advantage and highly desirable
