Position: Office & Administration Manager (m/f/d)
Support accounting (bookkeeping, invoices, expenses, AP/AR)
Handle HR administration (records, onboarding, payroll coordination)
Assist expatriates with relocation and administrative procedures
Liaise with external partners (banks, legal, insurance, etc.)
Some accounting support experience or basic knowledge/ studies from university etc.
~ Experience with HR related topics such as labor law, employee/expat support
~ Proficiency in MS Office
~ Business-level English and German (Japanese is a plus)
