As a passionate and hands-on Social Media Manager/Strategist you support the planning, creative strategy concept, and optimization of creative social media campaigns. If you have a strong affinity for TikTok, Instagram & Co., are excited to work closely with creatives, and have a deep understanding of social media strategy and analytics, this role offers the perfect entry point to shape impactful content across channels. Your tasks: Develop and execute social strategy, driving channels growth and audience engagement and translate data-driven insights into impactful strategies Manage content creation, analyze performance, and stay up-to-date with industry You are responsible for creative social strategy and provide recommendations for the rollout of social-first campaigns and community management strategies You are a social media generalist, combining strategy, influencer marketing, content, and reporting into a cohesive social media presence Stay ahead of industry trends, digital advancements, and fan engagement strategies to continuously evolve You regularly analyze the performance of our content. You keep an eye on KPIs such as reach, engagement, and follower growth – and use these insights to develop future strategies What you score with: You have at least 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager and social strategy You are known for your excellent communication skills. Analytical thinking, proactivity, and a solution-oriented work style come naturally to you Integrate AI into the process: Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance creative workflows.
