Your new area of responsibility
* Overall responsibility for the planning, management and success of SAP S/4HANA migration projects
* Management of the German core team and close collaboration with colleagues in India
* Governance and communication in the client environment at all levels
* Ensuring quality, deadlines and adherence to budget
* Risk and escalation management
What you need for your new role
* Several years of experience in managing complex SAP transformation projects
* Deep understanding of SAP R/3 and S/4HANA
* Experience in managing international delivery teams (nearshore/offshore)
* Very good communication skills and a confident manner with customers
* Business fluent in German and English
