About your Tasks:
* Optimize financial processes for standardization, efficiency and transparency.
* Work with stakeholders to align system features with business needs.
* Work closely with the ERP team to implement process changes in IT systems and support the Finance department in process optimization.
* Support implementation of internal controls in Finance.
* Monitor control effectiveness, follow up on audit findings and ensure compliance.
* Support in other initiatives and projects within the organization.
Qualifications
About You
* 5+ years of experience in Finance and ERP, with strong expertise in Dynamics D365.
* Knowledge of financial processes, controls and compliance.
* Skilled in process improvement and automation.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
* Proactive, ownership-driven, and adaptable to change.
* Project management experience is a plus.
* AI or automation knowledge is advantageous
