System Administrator / IT Specialist (f/m/d) in the “IT Infrastructure, Process Support, and Service Desk” Division

Your responsibilities:
* You will configure and administer Windows servers and manage our internal specialized systems and statistical software on them
* You will test, pilot, and install client software and advise customers on IT issues
* You will process complex user requests and collaborate with our state IT service provider BITBW and the Statistical Network
* You will develop and maintain terminal server solutions for the organization

Your Profile:
* You hold an accredited bachelor’s degree or a degree from a university of applied sciences in computer science, mathematics, or physics, or have comparable training with many years of professional experience in the IT field
* You have extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure and software management and, ideally, practical experience with statistical processes
* You have experience in the administration and virtualization of Windows servers and IT security
