What will you do As a CRM Manager, you play an important role in the implementation of our sales and marketing strategy in the Building Solutions & Technologies business area in the German market. You are a crucial link between the German sales and marketing teams and the European team. How will you do it Lead and develop projects to enhance our CR Collaborate with marketing to refine customer segmentation and targeting strategies. Manage the setup and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce accounts, providing essential user support. Facilitate system changes, including upgrades and data migrations, through comprehensive testing. Work closely with sales teams to maximize the use of Salesforce data for revenue growth. Create training materials and deliver workshops to empower Salesforce users. Generate actionable reports and dashboards to inform management decisions. Ensure alignment of regional activities with enterprise initiatives and enhance operational effectiveness. What we look for Required Minimum 4-5 years of solid experience in a similar role as a responsible person in the field of CRM Administrator experience in Salesforce.com in a larger company Fluency in German and proficient in English.
