The Head of Content & Concept is a new senior creative role at the heart of GRIDX’s Marketing & Communications department. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will act as the editorial and creative engine of the team, shaping the stories we tell, the formats we use, and the concepts we bring to life across all channels
ROLE PURPOSE
You own the content strategy and creative concept development for GRIDX. This means defining not only what we communicate, but how we communicate it across editorial content, campaigns, activations, events, and digital storytelling.
You will work closely with the Account Management, Digital Marketing, and Production teams to ensure all creative output is purposeful, on-brand, and engaging for our audiences.
This role is for a creative leader who thinks in concepts, writes with conviction, and knows how to brief, inspire, and align multi-disciplinary teams. You bring ideas and you bring them to life.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Strategy & Editorial Direction
Define and evolve GRIDX’s content strategy across all channels: editorial, social, video, events, and digital.
Build and manage an editorial calendar covering seasonal moments, cultural events, tenant activations, and brand campaigns.
Define and safeguard tone of voice and editorial standards across all content.
Translate brand strategy into content programmes that build engagement, loyalty, and footfall.
Creative Concept Development
Lead the development of creative concepts for campaigns, events, and activations from idea to execution.
Create original, insight-driven concepts tailored to a lifestyle and fashion-oriented audience in Luxembourg and the wider cross-border region.
Collaborate with Account Management on co-branded concepts for tenants, sponsors, and partners.
Continuously bring new cultural, lifestyle, and content trends into the creative process.
Content Production Oversight
Brief and oversee content production across copywriters, community managers, designers, and external contributors.
Review and approve all editorial and campaign content prior to publication.
Develop scalable production workflows to support growing content output.
Champion the use of AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency while maintaining creative quality.
Editorial, Magazine & Long-Form Content
Lead GRIDX’s editorial publications, including magazines, lookbooks, and campaign materials.
Commission and manage external contributors such as photographers, journalists, and stylists.
Shape GRIDX’s editorial identity as a cultural and lifestyle reference in Luxembourg, beyond a retail destination.
Cross-Pillar Creative Leadership
Act as the creative connector across all marketing pillars, ensuring alignment on content vision.
Contribute to strategic planning and senior-level presentations.
Mentor and develop junior creative and content team members.
YOUR PROFILE
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Creative Writing, or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in content, editorial, or creative strategy roles.
Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development and multi-format content creation.
Experience managing creative teams or external contributors.
Skills & Attributes
Exceptional writing skills in English and French.
Strong conceptual and strategic thinking.
Highly organised with strong editorial discipline.
Strong cultural awareness and understanding of lifestyle audiences.
Collaborative, open-minded, and idea-driven.
Comfortable with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms, and AI content tools.
Languages
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
German or Luxembourgish is an asset.
