YOUR ROLE
The Director of Food & Beverage (F&B) is responsible for leading a team of approximately 100 associates, overseeing total revenue performance, and driving the strategic direction of all F&B operations. This role reports directly to the Hotel Manager and is a key member of the Executive Team, contributing to overall business success and guest satisfaction.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
* Provide strategic leadership and vision for all F&B outlets and banquet operations
* Manage and develop a large, diverse team
* Oversee financial performance, including revenue, cost control, and profitability targets
* Ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality service and guest experience
* Collaborate closely with other Executive Team members to align F&B strategy with overall hotel goals
* Drive innovation in menus, concepts, and service standards to remain competitive in the market
* Strong Business Acumen: ability to understand financial drivers, market dynamics, and translate them into strategy
COULD THIS BE YOU?
* A solid educational background or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Event Management, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience as a Director of F&B or in a similar leadership role, ideally within a luxury hotel environment
* Expertise in culinary innovation, ensuring offerings remain competitive and aligned with guest expectations
* Strong knowledge of beverage programs and cost control, including wine, bar operations, and inventory management
* You communicate fluently in German and English, both spoken and written
