Our client, a global tech company, are hiring a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) to provide architectural governance and improve platform quality, efficiency, and long-term health.
Responsibilities
* Enforce ServiceNow and CTA-aligned best practices across development and delivery.
* Improve development efficiency and deployment quality.
* Lead upgrade and patch strategy and execution.
* Identify, quantify, and prioritize technical debt.
* Define and oversee remediation plans to ensure platform scalability and maintainability.
* Apply automation and ServiceNow best practices to platform objects and processes.
Skillset
* ServiceNow CTA (mandatory).
* Proven experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture.
* Strong expertise in upgrades, release management, and technical debt remediation.
* Telco experience desirable, not essential.
