Job Description
As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for spearheading the compliance framework. This involves establishing and maintaining policies and procedures, monitoring regulatory developments, and providing periodic reports to management.
You will oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to ensure smooth and secure onboarding. This includes collecting KYC information, conducting risk assessments, reviewing documents, and escalating sensitive cases as needed.
Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, preparing and submitting required filings and annual compliance reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Lastly, you will work closely with other departments to ensure data consistency and adherence to regulatory requirements across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* At least 5 years of experience in a Compliance role within a financial services provider or fund administrator in Luxembourg.
* In-depth knowledge of CSSF rules, Luxembourg AML Law, and related circulars; ACAMS certification is a strong asset.
* Fluency in French and English to effectively communicate with clients and regulators.
