Learning Specialist (m/f/d)
Location: Maisach - Gernlinden
As a Learning Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and continuously improving learning solutions that support employee development and business growth. You will work closely with the Talent Management & Development team, HR colleagues, and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful, modern learning experiences.
1. Design, develop, and maintain learning programs (classroom, virtual, blended, and e-learning) that enables managers to enhance team performance
2. Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, HR and global stakeholders to ensure engaging learning content and learning journeys are aligned with business priorities
3. Continuously improve learning formats, methods, and materials based on evaluation results
4. Further develop and execute onboarding programs that help new hires integrate efficiently and feel supported from day one, contributing to overall talent retention
5. Deliver instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, and classroom trainings designed for broad accessibility and impact
6. Administer the Cornerstone LMS, including managing content, tracking learner progress, and generating reports to maintain transparency and accessibility of learning programs
7. Manage compliance and ISO training initiatives to ensure organizational standards are met
8. Degree or comparable qualification in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field
9. Experience in Learning & Development, training, or adult education
10. Strong understanding of modern learning methods and didactics
11. Experience with e-learning tools and LMS platforms
12. Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented working style
13. Strong communication skills and stakeholder orientation
14. Very good English skills; good German skills are a plus
