Intern / Working Student Learning Content Creation / Training Development in Human Resources
Location: Maisach
Working student:Flexible working hours planned around your studies, with additional flexibility during exam periods.
Internship: Full‑time internship (at least 3 months, ideally longer)

6. Support the team in developing training solutions across different formats (digital/hybrid/live)
7. Contribute to learning content creation (storyboards, visuals, interactive elements, audio and video editing)
8. Assist with building, updating, and testing elearning content using standard authoring tools
9. Review and test learning modules for usability and accuracy
10. Assist with research and content preparation in collaboration with subject matter experts.
11. Support in maintenance and administration of Learning Management System (LMS).
12. Assist with organisational and administrative tasks
13. Support the launch of an AI-based learning tool
14. Support the team with their day-to-day tasks
15. You are currently studying media design, media & communication, human resource management, education, communication, business administration or a related field
16. Have a passion for digital learning and conceptual work
17. Are familiar with at least one e‑learning authoring tool — or excited to learn
18. Have basic skills in video/image editing – or eager to learn
19. Communicate clearly and enjoy both independent and collaborative work
20. Are detail‑oriented
