Working fully remote based and travelling extensively in the region as required – Likely at outset to circa 75% travel approx.Ideally, you will either be a current contractor in Germany, and open to moving to an employed position in the short term, or will be eligible to self set up contractually in Germany, with the intention of moving to an employed position.Associated experience sought includes:Experience working in Innovative Biotech/Biopharma and smaller build out / start up groups – Highly beneficialRare/Orphan Disease portfolio’s – Involvements in both early-stage settings plus builds to launch and commercialisation – Highly desirableSeeking associated therapy experience including – Endocrinology / Endocrine / Obesity / PsychiatryProven credentials working remote and covering a broad region in Germany or above countryStrong self-leading attributes and highly collaborative team ethics approachWorking knowledge of relative country assigned regulatory requirements and early access programsAbility to identify, map, and build robust KOLs plans, plus develop and further nurture strong relationships with associated KOLs, Principal Investigators and associated Endocrinologists, Neurologists and Paediatricians relative to the key research centres, treatment centres, plus the extensive number of residential care homes in Germany and AustriaBuild and maintain relationships with key associated Thought Leaders/Subject Matter Experts and other healthcare professionalsAttend future planned congresses (national and international). Also including - Patient advocacy events, publications events and planning, symposia and medical education.Required:German national or EU Citizen with permanent residence in Germany.Proven experience and credentials working as a field based Medical Liaison in Germany for circa – 5+ YearsLanguage skills required - German (Full proficiency) + English (Advanced Level)The ideal candidate will have a creative and innovative approach to Medical Affairs and Medical Liaison activities and offer vision and thoughts for direction, combined with a collaborative style of working with the associated wider EU HQ colleagues, Head of Medical Affairs, and associated field operatives and US business team members as required.
