Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead emergency governance initiatives by designing and implementing standardized processes and tools to ensure efficient and timely risk response mechanisms. Organize training and management for key personnel to guarantee rapid response and effective problem-solving during emergencies.
2. Manage high-risk operations and legacy issues within the supply chain; conduct in-depth analysis to propose remediation plans and drive the implementation of optimization measures. Establish cross-functional collaboration mechanisms to ensure rapid responsiveness in the event of external regulatory incidents.
3. Refine internal processes and early warning systems related to external regulatory risk governance, enhancing the organization's compliance awareness and risk resilience.
4. Organize and manage training programs for key stakeholders, continuously improving emergency solutions and risk handling mechanisms associated with high-risk scenarios.
Job Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher. Majors in Supply Chain Management, Risk Control, Public Affairs, or related fields are preferred.
2. Experience: 3–5 years of experience in risk control, supply chain management, audit consulting, or related fields. Proven track record in managing complex projects and collaborating efficiently across departments and cultures. Experience in multinational corporations and communication with external regulators is highly preferred.
3. Skills: Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to design and drive the establishment of standardized processes. Skilled in using data analysis tools and risk management software. Prior knowledge or experience in supply chain risk management, auditing, compliance assessment, and emergency risk response is a plus.
4. Personal Attributes: Highly responsible with excellent communication skills, team spirit, and problem-solving abilities. Capable of working under pressure and flexibly addressing sudden risk challenges. Possesses a global perspective and strategic thinking, with the agility to adapt and make decisions in a dynamic market environment.
5. Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills capable of handling cross-border communications and documentation. Familiarity with other European languages is a plus.
