We are now looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to strengthen our presence in Germany and play a key role in bringing our advanced CAM solutions to customers across the region.
Your mission
As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you are at the crossroads of technology, innovation, and customer success.
You will
1. Partner with customers and sales teams to translate complex manufacturing needs into tailored solutions
2. Showcase our technology through high-impact demonstrations, benchmarks, and proof-of-concepts
3. Contribute directly to business growth and customer satisfaction
4. Deliver technical expertise, training and guidance throughout the customer journey
5. Collaborate with international teams across EMEA and globally
6. Support innovation by bringing customer insights back to product and development teams
7. Occasionally reinforce the German Technical Support team, ensuring seamless customer experience
Your profile
8. Strong background in CNC machining and CAM software
9. Experience with multi-axis machining, turn-mill and CNC controls
10. Customer-facing mindset with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
11. Fluent in German and English
12. Curious, proactive, and eager to work in an international environment
