We thrive on hands-on collaboration, a relentless drive for improvement, and celebrating our global wins.</li><li>Special discounts & benefits on treatments, aligners, and products.</li><li>Dynamic, unique, and fast-paced environment with long-term career development opportunities.</li><li>We have a travel assistance policy and reimbursement system in place for required visits to other clinic locations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Your responsibilities include:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Ensure the revenue growth and profitability of Impress clinics, drive sales and profit results in all clinics.</li><li>Lead Impress clinic teams in Germany, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded</li><li>Be the connection between Headquarters and Impress country; communicate vision, motivate all team members, and ensure great performance and a competitive atmosphere for the teams.</li><li>Monitor the sales plans on a daily and weekly basis of treatment coordinators and doctors, track conversions, create & execute improvement action plans when required.</li><li>Ensure achievements of monthly and annual budgets, and that revenue flows are maximised and that costs are minimised.</li><li>Coach and train sales and the doctor team on sales best practices</li><li>Engage and form a genuine connection with our customers to keep them excited about their journey to a more confident smile.</li><li>Ensure compliance with sales & operations processes and correct follow-up procedures. Solve escalated issues.</li><li>Ensure work schedules for teams such as sales, clinical staff, and doctors are well organized.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulations and sanitary protocols.</li><li>Engage in marketing activities & interviews, receipt of influencers, and photoshoots. This may involve videos for social media together with other team members. Lead this by example. Motivate other teams to be social.</li><li>Manage negotiations with partners & other external stakeholders or governing bodies, support the creation of legal and financial structures as needed.</li><li>Ensure a perfect customer experience in every moment of the customer journey.</li><li>Ensure 100% amazing look and feel in the clinics and highest NPS.</li><li>Be available to travel.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What you need to be successful:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven experience in a similar role and good understanding of the industry.</li><li>Strong B2C sales background and P&L management experience</li><li>Very good understanding of the German market.</li><li>Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate & inspire teams.</li><li>You are data & results oriented and have analytical and organizational skills.</li><li>You are a driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.</li><li>Roll-Up-The-Sleeves Style: You enjoy an entrepreneurial atmosphere that requires you take ownership of the initiatives and to be comfortable in an environment with lean staffing.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communications skills, you know how to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>At Impress we cultivate a culture of inclusion and diversity.
