Opportunity in Breast Cancer Research
We are seeking a highly skilled Post-Doc to contribute to the advancement of breast cancer research through the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning models. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of computational pathology, AI, and oncology.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing large-scale histopathology datasets from breast cancer tissue to develop predictive models for image-based biomarker discovery.
This project aims to leverage cancer cell morphology and nuclear features in tissue slides to predict breast cancer subtypes, prognosis, and treatment response. The research will be conducted in close collaboration with national and international biomedical partners.
* Expertise in various methods of artificial intelligence and data science is essential
* Proficiency in Python programming including deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow is required
* A solid publication record is expected
In addition to technical expertise, excellent communication skills and fluency in English are necessary for this role.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with whole-slide images in histopathology, proficiency in Unix/Linux Systems, and a strong background in computer vision applied to medical imaging.
