We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Technical Services team as a Technical Content Writing intern. As a Technical Content Writing intern, you will be exposed to hands-on process documentation, operational analysis, and employee engagement initiatives within a support organization. This role offers the opportunity to help standardize workflows, research industry best practices, and support data-driven improvements that enhance both employee performance and customer experience. In this role, you will assist with documenting and formalizing support processes, researching industry standards, and identifying opportunities to improve employee engagement and performance reporting. You will work closely with the support team to help develop clear procedures, knowledge documentation, and coaching frameworks that support consistent, high-quality service delivery.
