Our established Mittelstand client in the gaming sector seeks a fully qualified Volljurist to oversee regulatory compliance while partnering with marketing and leadership to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise on German gambling law, advertising regulations, and commercial contracts.
* Ensure compliance in marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and digital promotions.
* Provide strategic legal input to MD and senior management on business decisions.
* Lead and develop a small legal/compliance team.
* Liaise with regulators and support new market opportunities.
Candidate Profile
* Volljurist with both German state exams (Erstes & Zweites Staatsexamen).
* 3-5+ years experience in gaming, gambling, media, or regulated tech sectors.
* Commercial awareness and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Fluent in German and English.
* Team leadership experience preferred.
