As a member of our engineering team, you are responsible for the optimization of our high-tech tools as well as our processes in the field of Metrology. You work in close cooperation with our customers in the semiconductor industry and support them in the production of high quality, competitive microprocessor, logic and memory products.
Your responsibilities include:
* Technical monitoring and control of metrology processes (e.g. CD-SEM, optical measurement methods, atomic force microscope AFM)
* Operational problem‑solving for equipment issues or process deviations in close collaboration with other departments and the local equipment service teams
* Development of new measuring processes in accordance with the requirements of AMTC partners and customers
* Ensuring compliance with quality‑related characteristics of the product
* Continuous improvement of metrology processes with a focus on first‑time‑right, reduction of cycle times, and equipment availability
* Close collaboration with the local service team and the technology experts of the equipment manufacturer

Your profile:
* Successfully completed studies in a technical or scientific field
* Professional experience in the production of photomasks or semiconductors, especially in the field of metrology, is an advantage
* Experience in analyzing data and applying statistical methods
* Very good communication skills (in German as well as in English)
* Experience in the implementation of technological projects and enjoy developing and implementing new ideas
