Manager Product Marketing TLP (m/f/d)

Germany / Bayreuth

Area of Responsibility:

1. Provide insights and intelligence about market developments and trends, mainly for the TLP (TLP: strollers, buggies, accessories, carriers, home, sport) products; create consumer behavior patterns and target group recommendations
2. Inform the marketing communication development process by being a product ambassador and making sure all product-specific benefits are clear and clearly communicated between departments
3. Develop a product marketing strategy for (TLP: strollers, buggies, accessories, carriers, home, sport) and provide tools on how the different products are marketed, focusing on the product USP, features and consumer benefits
4. Deliver excellence in consumer experience with Product (across all touchpoints, packaging, product information, clarity of benefits) with a strong understanding of digital and point of sale
5. Responsible for providing all consumer relevant product information and -pictures as basis for marketing collateral creation (sell-in deck, FAQs, factsheets, Product Detail Page Briefing, Tutorial Video etc.)
6. Fully understand and promote the product portfolio from a customer point of view
7. Ongoing review of the product characteristics and information description on several internal and external channels with regards to topicality and relevance
8. Drive and support the improvement or introduction of internal processes and system landscape
9. Close collaboration with content creation, Social Media Team (Influencer Guideline set-up, influencer content review), Product management, Video Team (tutorial videos, functional GIFs), Product Picture Management (product Asset list creation, alignment on timelines) by briefing relevant product information/features
10. Collaborative steering of product kick-off presentations between product marketing and communications teams with all needed interlinked parties to create an internal understanding about the scope of a new project
11. Worldwide competitor benchmarking of product marketing communication (especially from the target group perspective) and their communication of USPs

Profile of qualification:

12. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication,International Management, or a related field
13. Experience in developing consumer personas and target group segmentation strategies
14. Strong understanding of the juvenile products market and/or lifestyle consumer goods preferred
15. Experience in creating and implementing product marketing strategies focused on USPs, features, and consumer benefits, and ability to develop structured marketing plans and tools that support cross-channel product positioning
16. Strong skills in stakeholder management, as well as excellent communication skills and ability to create alignment, especially across Marketing, Product Management, Social Media, and Content Creation teams
17. Experience with packaging development, POS content, and product information design
18. Ability to generate and manage comprehensive product data and assets for marketing use (e.g., FAQs, sell-in decks, PDP briefings, tutorial video briefs)
19. Proactive approach in improving internal processes and contributing to system optimizations related to product marketing workflows
20. Strong organizational and presentation skills to lead product kick-off sessions and facilitate collaboration between marketing and communication teams
21. Competence in conducting competitive analysis from a marketing and consumer perspective, particularly in communicating product USPs
22. Excellent command of English; German language skills are an advantage but not essential
