The Role: Logitech is looking for an outgoing and driven Head of Marketing DACH, the role is instrumental in the development and execution of our category and channel execution strategy and top priorities in the market. Reporting to the Head of Category and Marketing Europe. You will support KAMu2019s and Marketing Managers to deploy the category strategies and drive execution excellence to exceed set targets. This includes driving best-in-class launches whilst maintaining ongoing product lifecycle management. In this role you will: Align closely with the European & local key stakeholders in order to drive execution excellence and deliver sales commitments within budget. Develop strategic relationships with key customers in retail and etail to help drive execution of key categories strategies and priorities together with KAMu2019s and Marketing Managers. Communicate the Logitech story across various channels and partnerships. Coordinate communication between sales and marketing teams in the cluster. Support KAMu2019s and Marketing Managers in their localization of regional category strategies and execution to drive maximum business impact in the local market. Ensure Execution of mid and short-term placement strategies in the market for NPI maximizing visibility at launch. Develop a marketing calendar for marketing with sales. Responsible for planning and execution of NPI in the market working with the EU team to ensure deliverables are provided on time. Provide NPI forecasts and manage budget to deliver strong sales at launch. Analyze IHS / Market Share on all categories for the cluster in order to have clear guidance, priorities and drive concrete actions within the cluster. Effectively manage the cross-category budget and agency relationships of merchandising, PR and Trade. Responsible for managing tenders for key contracts. Drive efficiencies in MDF execution, and process and develop efficient ways of working with key accounts. Obsessed with business impact. Responsible for managing external agencies to ensure a best-in-class and cost-effective execution of the required services, and budget responsibility. Lead partnerships for cross-category activation. Work with the Global Commercial Organisation to localize sustainability messaging for the clusters and deliver a compelling message to both customers and end users. Responsible for Ultimate Ears in the market. Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team: Experience developing marketing programs from inception through execution. Proven experience in marketing or sales roles. Deep understanding of the local consumer electronics market dynamics. The ability to develop strong relationships with cross-departmental team members to enable collaboration, advice sharing, and directional leadership where required. The ability to analyze competitor strategies and innovate on best practices. Strong organizational and program management skills. Experience working with and managing external agencies. Ready to lead groups and ability to interact with partners. Ability to use quantitative data and metrics to drive strategic decisions and marketing activities.
