Your Role at Speexx: Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries about the Speexx language learning platform via email, phone, and chat Participating in trade fairs alongside senior colleagues Process education voucher requests Maintain data in our CRM system Provide active support to our international sales team Seek solutions for customer problems proactively Assist with internal process development and automation Prepare reports and customer-specific KPIs What You Should Bring: Currently pursuing university studies in economics or human sciences Initial experience experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within a software provider, though not essential.
