The Quality Management & Media Research department is responsible for all quantitative and qualitative analyses and evaluations of all rbb offerings on TV, radio, and the web, as well as all content on social media channels and third-party platforms. We are looking for someone to strengthen our media research team.
Your tasks
* Studies: You will be responsible for the supervision of empirical studies for rbb, including questionnaire design, service provider support, and raw data analysis.
* Analyses: You create usage analyses for rbb formats (TV, media library, social media, YouTube, podcast).
* Reporting: You will be responsible for the maintenance and redesign of reports in PowerBI and PowerPoint.
Your profile
Experienced media researcher with a completed university degree (Master's or Diploma) in market/media research, marketing, computer science, social sciences or a comparable field of study, as well as:
* Several years of professional experience with comparable areas of focus and the usual analytical tools
* Relevant experience in strategic reporting, creating and presenting results and recommendations
* very strong affinity for usage data and target groups
* Ideally, experience with MS PowerBI and SPSS or comparable statistical programs.
