Director of Commercial Growth
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to fill the role of Director of Commercial Growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for accelerating our Mass retail channel strategy within Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic plans to accelerate commercial growth in the Mass retail channel.
* Lead a high-performing team of National Account Managers and Key Account Executives.
* Build strong relationships with top retailer partners and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
* Drive sales forecast, gross margins, trade spends, promotional budgets, and revenue targets per customer.
* Contribute to wider business success as a key member of the leadership team.
Requirements:
* 8-10 years' experience at senior leadership level in sales, preferably in the Mass or Discount channel.
* Strong track record in negotiations, listing wins, trade spend management & market share growth.
* Demonstrated success in strategic planning and perfect execution.
* Proven experience in people development.
* International experience is an advantage.
