Job Summary: We are seeking a visionary AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions across our organization. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between advanced AI research and practical business applications, ensuring our AI initiatives deliver measurable impact. You will define AI strategy, guide data infrastructure decisions, and oversee the architecture of machine learning and deep learning systems Responsibilities Define AI strategy and architecture aligned with organizational goals Design scalable, secure, and maintainable AI/ML solutions for various business units Lead evaluation and integration of AI frameworks, tools, and cloud platforms Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure data pipelines and models meet performance, compliance, and scalability requirements Translate complex AI research into production-ready systems Establish AI governance, ethical standards, and best practices Mentor and guide AI/ML teams on architecture, design patterns, and emerging technologies Monitor AI model performance, retraining strategies, and lifecycle management Your profile Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field Proven and documented experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in architecture or technical leadership roles Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or related AI domains Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) Solid understanding of software architecture, microservices, APIs, and data pipelines Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring at scale Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills Knowledge of AI ethics, compliance, and explainability frameworks Experience in business intelligence, analytics, or operational AI systems Leadership experience in cross-functional technical teams Familiarity with edge AI, Telco, or high-performance computing for AI We Offer Employment Type: Full-Time, indefinite term.
