Your mission
In this role, you are a key link between data, systems, and commercial execution. You support our sales channels by coordinating promotions, managing master data, and ensuring smooth customer onboarding. You work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners to make sure decisions are fact-based, commercially relevant, and well executed.
You combine a strong analytical mindset with a practical understanding of what sales teams and retailers need to succeed.
Key responsibilities
* Translate commercial needs into clear reporting and insights
* Create, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel
* Support structured sales execution through accurate data, clear processes, and follow-up
* Coordinate sales promotions and product launches across channels
* Maintain and manage retailer and product master data across systems, including Salesforce
* Monitor pricing, availability, and backlogs, proactively identifying and resolving issues
Your profile
* Experience in a sales coordination, commercial support, or sales operations role
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and understand its commercial impact
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Comfortable working with MS Office; experience with Power BI and Salesforce is a strong plus
* Clear communicator who can work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
* Fluent in German and good communication skills in English.
What We Offer
* A yearly salary up to €50K based on your experience level and knowledge, with room to grow.
* You will receive a permanent contract with a 6-month probation period.
* You are eligible for a 13th month and holiday allowance every year.
* The option to work hybrid with 2 days on-site in Cologne.
