Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Research Analyst
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that inform strategic decision-making. You will conduct both primary and secondary research, analyze trends, and generate reports to support business initiatives or product development. You will work closely with different departments to identify research needs, design research methodologies, and present findings in a clear, actionable format. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making to contribute to the success of key business projects.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and statistical software like SPSS, R, or Python) is essential. Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods, survey design, and data visualization tools (such as Tableau or Power BI) is a plus. You should be comfortable working independently, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams, and be able to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations. Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical for reporting research findings and presenting data to stakeholders. A degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Market Research, or Data Science is preferred, though not required. Prior experience in a research or analytical role is a plus, but we welcome candidates with a strong interest in research and data analysis who are eager to learn and grow in the field.
