Purpose
Steer, support, accompany and monitor product creation process, sell-in/sell-out tool creation process, from market seasonal input to range and concept implementation.
Build and execute strategies to enable successful sell-in/out of product ranges and services according to the BU net sales and margin targets.
Act as the “go-to-person” between BU creation teams, Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, OR-Buying, Sales, E-Com and Category Marketing teams in the markets.
Support key brand strategies and concepts through cross-functional collaboration and execution to deliver what it takes to win our consumers.

Key Accountabilities
1.Plan:
* Listen to markets and business–experts and evaluate consumer and market information (research)
* Provide market insights and commercial input into the BU product creation process and ensure it meets CtC requirements for defined key markets/channels
* Facilitate and support the Range Architecture definition and modification for the season, working with BU CtC merchandising, BU functional counterparts as well as Horizontal CtC
* Support creating marketing plans and seasonal concepts. Assist the range merchandising plan (range segmentation, range architecture, etc)
* Assist the definition of seasonal concepts prioritization and rollout within BU as well as securing of appropriate support from Horizontal CtC within the overall adidas Brand
* Support in definition of allocation, management of process and control of its execution
* Regularly analyze and share business relevant information between global and markets
2.Create:
* Support building strategic plans according to consumer / market needs, BU and adidas brand - objectives (BP, MPP, SBP)
* Translate brand objectives / brand leadership targets and strategies into BU specific plans
* Support and monitor product creation and sell in/out – tools (on-time & ready- to-use solutions) against brief regularly at review meetings (e.g. kick off meetings, concept reviews).
3.Launch:
* Manage the satisfactory delivery of impactful sell-in/out tools to markets and sales. Support delivery of the required content/brand and strategic objectives on-time-in-full at key CtC milestones, e.g CtC Handover, GBC, sell-in, monitoring of market execution
* Manage determination and definition of product packages (mandatory / recommended) between Product Marketing and Sales / E- Com / Global OR Buying (option planning). Develop Distribution strategy accordingly
4.Land:
* Support in implementing key BU priorities (products, concepts) in the markets, Collaborate with and support assigned markets/channels to reach financial targets and KPI's
* Evaluate the markets/channels to ensure proper implementation of marketing strategies
* Monitor, control implementation. Provide feedback to markets and BU

Qualifications
* University Degree or equivalent education required
* Experienced in job and fully qualified, at least 5 years in (preferably) Marketing and (or) Sales
