Responsibilities:
* Inspect and package incoming products according to standard operating procedures.
* Determine product status on shelves near test stations.
* Complete and file testing protocols in a timely manner.
* Continuously improve testing procedures and performance.
* Ensure timely inspections – stock should be less than 5 working days.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
* Maintain assigned tools complete and in good condition.
* Provide ideas for improving current product tests.
* Impress visitors regarding the quality of production.
* Aware of all Quality Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) regarding the Operational Division.
Qualifications:
* Completed technical education or comparable qualification.
* Initial experience in inspection, quality assurance, or production-related environment is an advantage.
* Confident handling of test protocols and SOPs.
* Careful, structured, and reliable working style.
* Strong quality awareness and organizational skills.
* Ability to clearly identify and store product status.
* Willingness to improve testing processes and workflows continuously.
* Very good communication skills in English and German.
* Confident in using tools and responsible for their maintenance.
