We represent our client, a giant in the fintech industry.ResponsibilitiesA day in the life of a Sales SpecialistManage warm leads (as the first point of contact for many new and growing businesses interested in our products) and handle the full sales cycle through onboarding new users.Be responsive to inbound leads, consult with the business to capture their profile and needs.Manage your pipeline to identify all suitable prospects and guide them through the sales cycle to achieve sales targets and increase bonus earnings (uncapped).Provide demonstrations on available financial products and advise on benefits in consultation with both high and low volume businesses.Engage in business-to-business conversations at multiple levels, build relationships, and understand the buyer journey for both short and longer, multi-party sales in a consultative manner.QualificationsResults orientation with a drive to achieve top results and utilize available resources to reach outcomes.Excellent communication and influencing skills to establish customer relationships and offer long-term targeted solutions.Strong interest in technology with the ability to explain technical information and create custom solutions.Comfortable using different systems and quick to learn processes.Strong presentation skills to deliver virtual demos to prospects.Fluency in English and GermanWhat’s in it for youBe part of a quickly growing company with potential to advance your career.
