Mackinnon Bruce International are recruiting a HR Director for A well-established global industrial manufacturing business with a strong European footprint for one of its key manufacturing sites in the Stuttgart region.
This is a strategic and hands-on position with oversight of a local HR team and full site responsibility for HR processes. The business is undergoing transformation and growth, and this role will play a pivotal part in shaping the people strategy as they scale across Europe.
Key elements of the role:
* Lead site HR operations with a small team and direct line to senior leadership
* Influence people strategy, talent development, and organizational design
* Collaborate with established works councils
* Drive culture, engagement, and change management initiatives
* Support upcoming expansion and growth across Europe
We’re looking for someone with:
* Strong HR leadership experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
* In-depth understanding of German labor law and Betriebsrat collaboration
* Experience managing HR for medium-to-large teams at a large industrial manufacturing facility
* Fluent German and English communication
* A proactive, solutions-driven leadership style
