Jung von Matt SPREE is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager (d/f/m).
As the ideal Senior Social Media Manager (d/f/m), you combine a strong strategic mindset with a deep passion for digital and creative content. You bring extensive expertise across all major social media platforms and a comprehensive understanding of their conceptual frameworks, content formats, and technical capabilities. Your focus lies on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest, where you confidently develop platform-specific strategies and scalable content approaches. You are highly experienced in working with common CMS and collaboration tools, particularly Sprinklr, Asana, and Trello.
• In close collaboration with the team, you take ownership of editorial planning and lead the strategic development and optimization of social media channels. You act as a senior sparring partner for clients and internal stakeholders, providing strategic consulting and translating business goals into effective social media initiatives. You have a strong command of social media analytics, KPIs, reporting, and paid social formats, and use data to continuously refine performance and strategy.
• You bring extensive experience in writing and supervising high-quality social media copy and have an exceptional feel for tone, storytelling, and brand voice. Ideally, you have worked in fast-paced content production environments, where you successfully manage multiple stakeholders, oversee complex content workflows, and confidently handle ad hoc requests.
• You combine creativity with a strong strategic perspective and have a proven ability to identify emerging trends, formats, and platform innovations. With a keen eye for high-quality content, you guide creative development and contribute to elevating the overall social media presence of your clients. You thrive in interdisciplinary teams and enjoy mentoring colleagues and driving collaborative processes.
• Although English is our internal agency language, our clients communicate in both English and German. Therefore, native-level German skills are essential for this role.
