Responsibilities:
1. Monitor sales activities on a regular basis to ensure the achievement of sales targets
2. Maintain regular coordination with distributor(s) in the assigned region
3. Ensure continuity by jointly tracking order, stock, and delivery processes with the distributor
4. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate product and solution recommendations
5. Prepare regular reports on visits, stock levels, orders, and campaign performance
6. Monitor promotion, activity, and field expense budgets for the assigned region and customers in line with company policies
7. Manage resource utilization with a focus on budget efficiency (planning, actuals tracking, variance analysis, and improvement recommendations)
Qualifications:
8. At least a high school graduate (associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred)
9. Minimum 3 years of FMCG field sales experience
10. Experienced in budget management and reporting, with strong knowledge of current market dynamics
11. Knowledgeable in merchandising processes and in-store applications
12. Proficient in reporting tools, especially MS Excel
13. Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
14. Highly self-motivated, well-organized, and strong planning skills
15. Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
16. Holder of a Class B driver’s license and able to actively drive
