Job Description Designs, develops and implements marketing programs to support the organization's products, services or market sector | Uses a range of marketing strategies and media (e.g., print, exhibition, digital) to launch and position products and services in a sector based on market needs | Identifies and implements marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with the subsidiaries' sales and technical teams | Responsibilities are within the Marketing Function in a combination of Disciplines. SPECIALIST CAREER BAND: Performs various types of specialist roles, including: technical tasks required to support operations (e.g., IT development, research support, skilled trade), clerical/administrative or specialized support tasks in an office, field or retail store/site setting, operational or manual tasks, primarily in manufacturing, supply chain or operational environments. Typically requires vocational training or the equivalent experience at senior levels, and may require external certification but typically does not require a university degree. May have limited direct reports, but spends the majority of their time on their personal contributions to work. SPECIALIST LEVEL B: Working knowledge developed through formal training and/or work experience. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions. SPECIALIST SUB-LEVEL B2: Working knowledge / skills to perform a range of defined methods & processes, and completes work under a limited degree of supervision. Applies skills and experience to complete assigned work within own area of expertise. May act as a resource to train others with less experience.
