Aufgaben As Co-Founder / Managing Director (m/f/x), you will take full ownership of building and leading an early-stage consumer brand. You will be responsible not only for shaping the company’s long-term strategic direction but also for driving operational excellence on a daily basis. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will act as both visionary and operator — defining the business model, building the team, and creating a strong market presence. As a true co-founder, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the venture’s success — from early market validation through to global expansion. Your responsibilities will include: Defining, planning, and executing the overall business strategy Managing budgets with full P&L accountability Building and leading a high-performing, cross-functional team Overseeing product development from concept to successful market launch Designing and executing data-driven growth and marketing strategies Collaborating closely with the C-level leadership team and investors to align vision, execution, and long-term value creation Qualifikation Minimum of 5 years professional or entrepreneurial experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or startups Excellent degree in economics, business administration, marketing or relevant area from a top university Proven leadership skills Hands-on and results-oriented approach Strong analytical capabilities Fluency in English and German Availabililty to start within the next 3 months Benefits Work in a young and ambitious team with flat hierarchies and fast decision-making paths Large degree of freedom to actively shape the company Steep learning curve and entrepreneurial insights Competitive compensation packages including shares
