Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
* Manage and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner
* Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on systems and applications
* Assist in the setup and configuration of IT equipment
* Collaborate with other IT team members to improve service delivery
* Document processes and solutions for future reference
* Train users on new systems and applications
Education
Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech/B.E), Masters in Technology (M.Tech/M.E)
