Capital Markets Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Markets Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with partners on various equity capital markets transactions, including international IPOs, follow-on offerings, and private placements.
* Advise on capital markets regulation, securities laws, and related corporate governance topics;
* Have direct exposure to clients and regulatory authorities;
* Interact daily with domestic and international public issuers, banks, and private equity firms;
Key requirements include a university degree in law, preferably with a Master of Laws (LL.M.), at least 3 years of professional experience in equity capital markets, and excellent drafting skills. Fluency in English is mandatory, with French and/or German being considered an asset.
