We support OEMs, ODMs, and electronics manufacturers by providing reliable sourcing solutions across the semiconductor and electronic components supply chain.We are looking for Junior Sales / Business Development Managers who are motivated to grow with us and contribute to building long-term customer partnerships.Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in the European market, with a strong focus on semiconductor / IC distribution
Lead commercial discussions, quotations, and negotiations with internal support
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
~1–3 years of proven success in business development or sales, specifically within a semiconductor/IC distribution environment. Professional fluency in both German and English is mandatory (C1 or higher)
~ Solid understanding of electronics manufacturing, supply chain management, EMS, OEM and ODM business models
