Employee (m/f/d) in Medical Controlling
part-time or full-time, who actively shapes our hospital with expertise, analytical view and team spirit.
What to expect
* Coding and testing of inpatient cases according to ICD-10-GM and OPS
* Ensuring correct and economical DRG billing
* Close cooperation with doctors and nurses to optimize documentation
* Processing of MD audits and preparation of well-founded statements
* Analysis and preparation of performance and revenue data
* Collaboration on projects to improve processes and secure revenues
What you bring to the table
* Training in the health care sector, in the commercial sector or comparable qualification
* Ideally, further training in medical controlling or as a coding specialist
* Very good knowledge of the DRG system, ICD and OPS
* Analytical thinking, accuracy and independent way of working
* Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
* Legally required proof of immunization against measles
