A global technology company is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Vice President of Sales to lead its European organisation.
The business operates across multiple international markets, delivering advanced technology solutions into infrastructure-driven end markets. Its offerings are differentiated and sold through established commercial channels.
As Vice President of Sales, Europe, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the regional commercial strategy while driving consistent revenue growth.
Reporting into senior regional leadership, this role blends strategic direction with operational execution across a multi-country footprint.
You will lead a geographically diverse sales organisation, overseeing both mature and high-growth markets, and ensuring alignment across commercial teams, channel partners, and internal functions.
Key responsibilities Define and execute regional sales strategy aligned with global business objectives
Lead and develop a multi-country sales organisation, driving accountability and performance
Deliver sustained revenue growth through effective management of indirect sales channels
Build and manage senior relationships with key customers and strategic partners
Lead complex commercial negotiations and long-term agreements
Drive a value-based sales approach, positioning premium solutions effectively
Establish strong forecasting, pipeline management, and operational discipline
Navigate evolving market dynamics, including regulatory and demand shifts
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams
Provide market insights to support strategic and product decisions
Represent the organisation at key industry engagements
Experience and background 20+ years of commercial leadership experience in technology-driven B2B environments
Proven track record managing large, multi-country sales organisations
Experience working within indirect sales models (distribution / partner-led)
Strong track record selling differentiated, premium solutions
Demonstrated ability to grow both new and existing markets
Established network within relevant European industry sectors
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience operating in high-performance, matrixed organisations
Willingness to travel regularly across Europe
