About the Role:
* Lead the development and implementation of visual merchandising strategies across all countries and store formats.
* Ensure brand consistency and high-quality visual displays across all stores.
* Inspire and coach a multi-layered team of VM Coordinators and District Managers to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement seasonal visual merchandising plans that drive commercial results and enhance customer experience.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising initiatives.
3. Maintain high standards of visual display quality across all stores, adhering to company guidelines and best practices.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a leadership role.
* Strong understanding of visual display principles and ability to apply them effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
