This role is initially offered on a freelance basis, with the option to transition into a permanent position. The role is 80% remote, with one day a week required onsite at the Frankfurt office. Fluency in both German and English is necessary.
Reports to: Managing Director
Responsibilities
* Manage a large international healthcare account, acting as the primary liaison between the client team in Germany and the agency team in New York City.
* Ensure high-quality client service across markets, facilitate communication between global and regional stakeholders, lead global meetings, and support internal team development.
* Focus on building long-term client relationships and increasing profitability through strategic and operational excellence.
* Maintain onsite presence and attend key meetings as required.
* Drive financial performance and profitability; support onboarding and development of team members.
* Promote compliance and best practices across projects and campaigns.
Qualifications
* Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare agency environment
* Proven leadership managing teams across regions and with global clients
* Experience delivering complex campaigns and marketing initiatives
* Effective collaboration skills for cross-functional launches
* Expertise in omnichannel marketing
* Native-level English proficiency; German fluency is an advantage
