Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire large, international engineering organizations (1,000+ professionals)
* Own and define end-to-end OSS architecture strategy within a telecom environment
* Drive cloud-native transformation using Kubernetes, microservices, and modern architectures
* Establish and scale CI/CD, DevOps, and SRE practices across the organization
* Partner with executive leadership to guide technical decision-making and long-term strategy
* Ensure operational excellence, scalability, and resilience of OSS platforms
* Influence innovation in areas such as AI-driven OSS and automation
Skills/Must Have:
* Proven leadership of large-scale, global teams (1,000+ employees)
* Deep expertise in end-to-end OSS architecture within the telecom industry
* Strong background in cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, microservices)
* Extensive experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and SRE at enterprise scale
* Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent German and English (both required)
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with AI/ML-driven OSS applications
* Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost governance frameworks
* Familiarity with telecom standards (TMF, 3GPP – including 5G/6G, ITU-T)
Salary:
* €220,000 (Fixed €176,000 + Bonus €44,000)
