We are looking for our future EMEA Strategic Account Management (SAM) Associate Director to join our Revenue team !
The role can be based in France (Lyon preferred), the UK or Germany (Munich preferred). Frequent travels to be expected.
About the Role :
We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Account leader to drive Resmed’s partnerships with leading pan-European Home Care Providers.
This is a senior, high-impact role responsible for shaping enterprise-level relationships, engaging C-suite stakeholders, and delivering multi-year, value-based partnerships across Europe.
You will operate in a complex, matrixed environment, leading cross-functional and cross-country teams without direct authority to deliver measurable business outcomes
What You’ll Do :
1. Own and lead strategic relationships with top pan-European accounts
2. Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned with customer and ResMed priorities
3. Build trusted partnerships with C-level stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor
4. Drive value-based solutions combining devices, digital, and services
5. Lead complex, multi-country negotiations and partnership agreements
6. Orchestrate cross-functional and cross-country teams to ensure consistent execution
7. Deliver revenue growth, margin improvement, and share of wallet expansion
What We’re Looking for
8. Proven experience managing multinational or pan-European strategic accounts
9. Strong track record of engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders
10. Experience in complex negotiations and multi-year agreements
11. Background in MedTech, healthcare and complex B2B environments
12. Demonstrated ability to lead in a matrix organization without direct authority
13. Experience in value-based or solution selling approaches
14. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
