Supply Chain Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
The successful applicant will support the optimization of supply chain processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound flows of goods from external suppliers to ensure alignment with capacity and inventory levels.
* Address quality deviations in transport and warehousing by managing corrective actions and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
* Supervise third-party logistics providers in inventory management, optimizing stock allocation, and managing blocked or expired stock.
* Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and external suppliers regarding supply chain operational requirements.
* Perform inventory reconciliation to ensure data accuracy between SAP systems and external Warehouse Management Systems.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or supply chain management.
* At least 3 years of experience in warehousing, transportation, and inventory management in an administrative capacity.
* Proficient in SAP and MS Office; experience in IT testing and validation or knowledge of GDP regulations is a plus.
* Highly organized, able to manage complex workflows effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
