This is a hybrid position with three days per week in our Berlin office.

What You Will Do

1. Oversee campaign launches for Marketplace Supply deals from start to finish, including setup, troubleshooting, delivery, and optimization

2. Act as the subject matter expert for the client services and sales teams in terms of best practices and monetization capabilities

3. Provide avails guidance to client services team and implement yield management when setting up deals

4. Work closely with product team to assess product capabilities across formats

5. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements including, but not limited to, workflow, enhanced reporting & revenue optimization

6. Focus on supply optimization and management through inventory performance analysis, margin and inventory optimization, and collaborating with the supply team to source inventory

What Will You Bring

7. 1-2 years of experience in AdTech domain (preferably on the Supply side)

8. Experience with SSP/exchange tools

9. Experience with CRMs, Google workspace, Atlassian tools

10. Knowledge of bid request tools and reporting tools (i.e. Looker, proprietary reporting systems)

11. Experience in device QA/testing

12. Excellent level of written and spoken English

13. Ability to work both independently and as part of an international, distributed team
