What the job involves Owning financial planning for the group holding and driving the ongoing development of group-wide financial models Analysing investments to support further growth in the energy and metals sectors, including reviewing investment decisions across subsidiaries Coordinating and supporting financing initiatives at holding level, with a strong capital markets interface Supporting the establishment of new subsidiaries and actively contributing to M&A processes Further developing the group-wide KPI framework and supporting the strategic development of both the group and its portfolio companies Acting with an entrepreneurial mindset in a young, fast-growing organization with significant scope for impact Who we are looking for Completed university degree, ideally with a focus on Business Administration, Finance or Controlling Several years of professional experience in finance, investments, or private equity Prior exposure to corporate finance and/or M&A advisory is highly advantageous Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities High degree of independence, ownership mindset, and initiative Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach, with a strong affinity for numbers Confident, professional presence combined with strong communication and stakeholder management skills Willingness to travel internationally, particularly within the U.S. and Europe Fluency in both German and English LI-KS1 You will be redirected to the company’s website – you must complete the application on their platform to apply.
