We are currently expanding our Customer Support team and are looking for a Finnish-speaking professional to join us.
As a Finnish-speaking Customer Support Specialist (email-based), you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and personalized responses to customer inquiries. You will support our users by resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring a positive overall experience - entirely via email communication.
Respond to customer inquiries in Finnish via email
Handle a variety of support topics with professionalism and efficiency
Native or near-native fluency in Finnish (strong writing skills required, no translation tools)
Good command of English for internal communication
Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Flexible, part-time freelance opportunity (up to 20 hours/week depending on workload)
