The position is ideally to be filled from February 2026 for at least 5-6 months.
YOUR TASK
1. You will support the PAYBACK market research team in carrying out market research studies
2. You will process and answer customer enquiries about market research studies
3. You analyse data with Excel and SPSS and prepare market research results in PowerPoint
4. You organise sub-project steps and process them independently
5. You code open-ended information from standardised surveys
YOUR PROFILE
6. You are studying economics, social sciences, psychology, statistics or a comparable degree programme
7. You have a strong interest in empirical market/social research and marketing customer loyalty programs
8. Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience with empirical research methods
9. You are committed and work carefully and in a structured manner
10. You are familiar with MS Office programmes, especially PowerPoint and Excel
11. You are fluent in German and also have a good command of English
